As with all of barrel aged dry reds, our 2016 Corot Noir is not filtered or fined. Our Corot Noir is light/medium in body and exhibits good structure with aromas of raspberry, dark fruit, black pepper, earthy overtones with a hint of underlying oak. It exhibits a crispness that balances well with various meats and cheeses.
