A blend of white cranberry and white wine, Cranberry Blanc bursts with flavor and moderate sweetness.

Crisp, crunchy green apple flavor with a pleasant initial tartness, followed by a deliciously pleasing juicy finish.  

Delightfully fruity with a luscious combination of kiwi and pear flavors integrating beautifully into rich pear aromas and initial taste. 

 Melody is a grape variety that is unique to the Finger Lakes region. Wine is medium bodied & dry with lively citrus flavors. Nice aroma of peaches and apricots enhance the tropical fruit flavor. 

 Our Traminette is produced from a relatively new premium wine grape developed by Cornell University. Our Traminette is very dry, with a distinctive spicy finish that is reminiscent of Gewurztraminer, (which is one of Traminette’s parent varieties). The crisp fruit flavors and spicy finish make this wine a great accompaniment to many oriental dishes.

  The Cayuga White grape grows abundantly in the Finger Lakes. A refreshing crisp and semi-dry wine with floral and citrus aromas.  

A medium bodied red with moderate tannins. Has a good balance between red fruits, herbs, and peppery earthiness.

 A classic medium bodied red. An easy drinking refreshing cab with layers of fruit and an earthy finish.
